Overview

At our second practice, we will cover person-to-person and zone defense. The practice will take place on Tuesday, June 6th, from 6:30-7:30pm, at Bickford Park.

There are two general schemes for defending against a pass: Person-to-Person, where each receiver is covered by a defensive player, or Zone, where players are assigned an area of the field that they are to cover.

We encourage everyone who is not familiar with these terms; who wants to brush up on their knowledge/skills; or who just want to get outside and spend some time on the field, to come on out!
